This article was written for an in-house publication of JP Morgan-Chase in Bangalore, India.  The Editor-in-Chief wanted a small business perspective on the credit crisis from someone in the credit industry.  This is mine.

I agree whole heartedly in what you say. I am also finding vendors
very receptive to the concept of seeking out the top credit customers.
When i tune in to jointly seeking good credit customers i don;t even have to ask them to give me their name, they offer it themselves
