Q How do I know if this would help me? A This will help you if you know the old ways of selling aren’t productive anymore and you want to adapt. This will help you if you want to move your business beyond just chasing funding for problem deals to actually selling the kind of customers you know you can fund. This will help you if you’re tired of being used by your vendors and want to develop a more productive and true partnership with them. This will help you if you recognize that the only person or change you can control is yourself and what you’re willing to do differently and you want to work through those changes in a careful, systematic manner with some experienced coaching. Q Will I get local bank funding as a result of the program? A The banking industry is in turmoil right now, to say the least, but many local community banks are still in good shape and are either still lending money or will want to do so soon. In the meantime, they still need to take care of their customers and some will need outside help for that. You’ll learn two ways to develop productive relationships with local banks; referral relationships and funding relationships. You’ll learn what local bankers are likely to be interested and the skills it will take to approach them. Q How will I pay for the program? A Payment will be automated via PayPal and require a credit card which will be charged in three monthly installments. Q Can I drop out of the program at any time and only pay for the time I spent in it? A Yes, but please don’t. I can’t compel you to finish the program but the design of it is based on you being willing to commit to all twelve sessions. Interaction with other participants is also strongly encouraged and you won’t want to let your fellow participants down. You’ll be charged, however, on a monthly basis, three times. If you do quit, you’ll only have paid for months where you participated for at least some part of that month. Q Is there a faster way to go through this than 12 weeks? A Let me know if that’s what you’re interested in. I may roll out a Fast-Track, 6 week version of the whole series with two conference calls per week. Q Why is it priced the way it is? A First, this a specially developed program to help kick off the New Year for brokers wanting help in re-starting their businesses so this special offer is for the first responders, if you will. Second, while coaching programs like this typically run many thousands of dollars more, I’m well aware of the situation many brokers who want help find themselves in so I’ve priced this whole program less than the cost to travel to a one day seminar somewhere in order to make it available and doable to a wide range of brokers. I know, however, that in order for anything like this to have lasting value, for it to be something you put to work it has to require some commitment and sacrifice so I’ve picked a price that I hope will make participants take it seriously but still be possible for them. |
